Secure and local AI
Secure and local AI means the system runs where you allow it to run. Student notes, client files, and internal records do not have to sit in a public chat tool. We say this before we build, not after a leak.

Universities, government teams, and firms with client files ask the same question. Can people ask questions of our documents without sending those documents to a public service? If the answer has to be no, a normal chatbot is the wrong build. We design a private workspace: your files, your system, a person in control of what gets uploaded.
What we built for TuT
Students at Tshwane University of Technology (TuT) needed a workspace like a notes assistant that could run inside the learning system. Notes could not go to a public cloud. We built an offline alternative. Staff upload lecture notes, PDFs, video, and audio. Students chat or quiz from that private set. The department keeps the tool on their stack.
How we start
We audit your process first and measure the baseline. Then we build. Then we measure the ROI. The first question in the audit is where the data is allowed to live. If it can use a public tool, we say so. If it cannot, we design for your systems.
Result
Tshwane University of Technology (TuT): A private knowledge tool that stays on their stack.

Frequently asked questions
What is local AI?
It is an AI system that runs on infrastructure you control, so files do not have to leave your environment.
Did you do this for a university?
Yes. Tshwane University of Technology (TuT) uses a private knowledge tool inside the learning system.
Is every project local?
No. We use local or private hosting when the files require it. The audit decides.
