Freight document automation case study
ICM Cargo
The problem
Freight packs arrived as mixed scans. Staff rebuilt RTNs by hand and chased errors after ACS submission.
What we built
A secure upload portal with automated RTN generation, AI extraction, green/amber/red validation, review dashboards, daily reporting, and ACS API submit.
Result
Exceptions get a human pass. Clean files go through without a second rekey.
