The problem
Visa and migration files were long, messy, and slow. A single generalist agent missed fields that specialists would catch.
The system
We built a document pipeline with nano agents: purpose-built specialists for each document type, then a review layer for edge cases.
The outcome
Processing moved from about eight hours toward four on the same file types, with higher accuracy on the specialist steps.
