The problem
Stock moved supplier to DC to store, then ran out on the floor before anyone knew a reorder was due.
What we built
We built an inventory system that tracks that flow, forecasts demand from trends and seasonality, flags what to order, and surfaces SKUs to discontinue.
Result
Reorders happen from the forecast, not from empty shelves.
